Day 1: Amboseli National Park

Day Notes

Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International airport by our representative and drive to Amboseli arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. Amboseli National Park lies below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mount
Kilimanjaro. The 392 sq km Amboseli National Park lies due south of Nairobi, within clear sight of Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain at 5896 metres. The waters of the mountain feed the seasonal swamps and marshes on which the game and birds, which live in the park, rely. It is here that photographers will hope to shoot the classic picture of the elephant or giraffe standing against the dramatic backdrop of the snow-capped mountain. Arrive in time for lunch and the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge

Day 2 – 3: Amboseli National Park

Day Notes

After breakfast proceed on a full day game drive at Amboseli with picnic lunches or alternatively enjoy a morning
and afternoon game drives with lunch at the lodge. All meals and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 3 – 4: Lake Manyara National Park

Day Notes

After breakfast transfer by road to Namanga border Clear with customs and immigrations. Your guide will pick you up and drive to Lake Manyara National Park via Arusha. This beautiful park is at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment and comprises of forest, woodland, grasslands and swamps. Resident wildlife includes gazelles; impala; buffalo; wildebeest; the famous tree climbing lions; hyenas; baboons; giraffes; hippopotamus; and a great number of smaller mammals. There are over 350 species of bird including storks and flamingos Apart from its abundant bird and animal life, the park is well known for its tree-climbing lions. Arrive in time for check in and lunch with an afternoon game drive slotted for the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at your camp/Lodge

Day 4: Central Serengeti

Day Notes

After breakfast drive via Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park which is undoubtedly the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. The park is unequalled for its natural beauty and boasts of the greatest concentration of plains game anywhere in the world. With its wide-open spaces, bright blue skies and creature-filled landscape, over the next days we will discover why the fabled Serengeti typifies the dream of “Old Africa.” Large prides of lions laze in the long grasses; plentiful families of elephants feed on acacia bark and trumpet to each other across the plains, while giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, eland and the whole range of African wildlife present themselves in awe-inspiring numbers. Transfer to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight

Day 5 – 6: Central Serengeti

Day Notes

Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Spend rest of the morning at leisure with lunch at the lodge. Rest of the afternoon at leisure with a late afternoon game drive slotted for the day. Dinner and overnight at the lodge . or embark on a full day game drive after breakfast till dusk.

Day 6 – 7: Karatu

Day Notes

After breakfast depart with picnic lunches for Ngorongoro Conservation area, the largest intact caldera in the
world. Its enduring charm stems from its overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife
permanently resident on the crater floor. On arrival descend into the crater floor for afternoon game viewing with
picnic lunches in one of the designated sites. Later ascend the crater and transfer to your lodge for dinner and
overnight

Day 7: End of Itinerary

Day Notes

After breakfast at leisure depart for Arusha arriving in time for lunch at one of the local restaurants. Later drive to Kilimanjaro International airport for your departure flight back home
