Day 1 – 2: Arusha
Met on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the Africa Tulip Arusha
on Bed & Breakfast

Day 2 – 3: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast drive to Tarangire National Park known for its huge herds of elephants, giraffes as well as a
remarkable variety of resident and migratory bird species. The Tarangire river and its tributaries provide the only
permanent water supply during the dry season thus supporting a great diversity of wildlife. Tarangire National
Park also boasts of some of the highest animal densities and most stunning landscapes in Tanzania. The afternoon
game is a sure inspiration, let us have our cameras ready to capture photos of the park’s gigantic Baobab trees
silhouetted against the sky! Dinner and overnight at the Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Day 3: Central Serengeti
After breakfast drive with picnic lunches via Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park which is undoubtedly the most
famous wildlife sanctuary in the world. The park is unequalled for its natural beauty and boasts of the greatest
concentration of plains game anywhere in the world. With its wide-open spaces, bright blue skies and creature
filled landscape, over the next days we will discover why the fabled Serengeti typifies the dream of “Old Africa.”
Large prides of lions laze in the long grasses; plentiful families of elephants feed on acacia bark and trumpet to
each other across the plains, while giraffes, gazelles, monkeys, eland and the whole range of African wildlife
present themselves in awe-inspiring numbers. Transfer to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight

Day 4 – 5 Central Serengeti
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Spend rest of the morning at leisure with lunch at the
lodge/camp. Rest of the afternoon at leisure with a late afternoon game drive slotted for the day. Dinner and
overnight at the lodge. OR after breakfast embark on a full day game drive with packed lunches till dusk, return to
the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight

Day 5: Karatu
After breakfast depart with picnic lunches for Ngorongoro Conservation area, the largest intact caldera in the
world. Its enduring charm stems from its overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife
permanently resident on the crater floor. On arrival descend into the crater floor for afternoon game viewing with
picnic lunches in one of the designated sites. Later ascend the crater and transfer to your lodge for dinner and
overnight.

Day 6 – 7: Karatu
After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This beautiful park is at the base of the Great Rift Valley
escarpment and comprises of forest, woodland, grasslands, and swamps. Gazelles; impala; buffalo; wildebeest;
the famous tree climbing lion; hyenas; baboon; giraffe; hippopotamus; and a great number of smaller mammals;
350 species of bird, storks and flamingos Apart from its abundant bird and animal life is known for its tree
climbing lions. Later drive back to your lodge for lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at your
lodge/camp

Day 7: End of Itinerary
Breakfast at the lodge and later drive via Arusha to Kilimanjaro International airport for your departure flight back
